Indulge in these giant, decadent cookies stuffed with all the classic components of a s'more: a graham cracker base, a piece of milk chocolate, and a gooey marshmallow, all enveloped in a rich, chocolate chunk cookie dough.

What you need

tbsp molasses

cup all purpose flour

cup brown sugar

marshmallow

cup butter

milk chocolate

graham cracker

egg yolk

cup chocolate chunks

cup granulated sugar
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, melt the butter. 2. Whisk in the granulated sugar and brown sugar until a paste forms. 3. Add the egg yolk, molasses, and vanilla extract, and whisk until the mixture is smooth and glossy. 4. Sift the all-purpose flour into the bowl. 5. Using a spatula, gently fold the flour into the wet ingredients until just combined. 6. Fold in the chocolate chunks. 7. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. 8. While the dough is chilling, prepare the s'mores base. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Break graham crackers in half and place them on the sheet. 9. Top each graham cracker with a piece of chocolate and a large marshmallow. 10. Take a large scoop of the chilled cookie dough and place it on top of the marshmallow stack, pressing down to cover it. 11. Bake the cookies until they are golden brown and the edges are set. 12. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before serving warm.
